Under the assumption that there are different levels of human perception, it is an important field of research to determine which of the knowledge classifications called knowledge or science belong to which level of human perception. Based on this thought; In the current study, the question of how physical and mathematical entities come into being depending on the forms of perception of human cognition is discussed by considering ontologies in different knowledge basins. First of all, the philosophical foundations of the difference in human cognition are briefly explained, and then the ways in which these differences manifest are explained as sciences. With this; Considering the ancient Greek civilization, Islamic civilization and modern Western civilizations, the ontological boundaries of physical entities and mathematical objects as two forms of human perception are discussed. In addition, the metaphysical foundations of physical and mathematical objects are also covered in general terms.
